I track the HEYTEA menu so you do not have to
HeyTeaMenuGuide.us is an independent reference for the HEYTEA menu in the United States. I publish prices, calorie counts and store hours, I say where each figure came from, and I correct what I get wrong.
Updated 27 August 2026Why this site exists
Menu information for HEYTEA in the US is scattered and it disagrees with itself. The official brand site does not publish a full US price list. Delivery apps show their own marked up prices. The listings that do exist contradict each other on the basics, and some of them carry figures that are plainly wrong, such as calorie counts an order of magnitude out.
I built this site because that gap is worth closing properly. Someone deciding what to order should be able to see what a drink costs, what it carries in calories, what the toppings add on top, and how the cup compares to the one beside it on the board. That is the whole job, and doing it carefully turns out to be more useful than doing it fast.
What I publish
Every drink on the US board has a price and a calorie count here. Twenty of them have a full guide of their own covering size pricing, topping pairings, how the drink compares to its closest neighbours, and a copycat recipe. On top of that I maintain a store hours table, a topping price list, and a drink builder that works out the real total once toppings and cup size are added.
44 drinks
Every item on the US board across 7 menu sections, each with price and calorie data.
7 toppings
Add on pricing and calories, which is where most people get surprised at the till.
29 stores
Addresses, phone numbers and seven day hours across 8 states and 17 cities.
20 full guides
Long form pages on the most searched drinks, each written from scratch rather than templated.
How I get my data
This is the part most sites skip, so here it is in detail.
Prices and calories are compiled from publicly available US menu listings and cross checked against each other. Where two or more independent listings agree on a figure, I publish it. Where they disagree, I publish the figure the majority carry and I say on the page that store prices vary. I do not average conflicting numbers together, because an average of two wrong figures is a third wrong figure.
Store hours and addresses come from published store level information. My hours table carries a full seven day schedule for every location, and the open or closed status you see is worked out in your own browser from your device clock rather than baked in at my end.
Every number on this site is generated from one dataset. Prices in the prose, the tables, the drink builder and the structured data all read from the same file. Nothing is typed into a page by hand, which means a correction in one place corrects the whole site at once.
What I will not do is invent a figure to fill a gap. HEYTEA does not publish caffeine content per cup in the United States, so I do not quote milligram figures. It does not publish a chain wide holiday schedule, so the holiday page gives you correct dates and describes how mall and campus stores generally behave rather than claiming hours nobody has announced. Where I do not know something, the page says so.
What "Updated" means on these pages
Each page carries an update date. That date reflects when the page and the data behind it were last rebuilt and rechecked. It is not a claim that every individual store was called that morning. Restaurant prices move locally and without notice, and any site that tells you otherwise is overselling what it can actually know.
Treat every price here as the listed menu price rather than a quote. Mall locations sit at the top of the range and prices differ between cities. If accuracy matters for a specific purchase, the store itself is the only authority.
What this site is not
HeyTeaMenuGuide.us is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HEYTEA or any company that operates it. This is an independent information site. I do not take orders, I cannot process refunds, I cannot look up an order, and I have no relationship with any store.
HEYTEA and the drink names on this site are trademarks of their respective owner and are used here only to describe the products being written about. All editorial opinion on these pages is my own.
For orders, refunds, complaints, franchise questions or anything else official, contact HEYTEA through its own website and customer service channels. I am not able to help with any of those.
Who writes this
One person researches, writes and checks every page here. Nothing on this site is syndicated, spun from another site or generated to fill a gap. When you read that I would take the regular cup or that I think the grape build suits the fluffy cloud format better than the mango one, that is my opinion and I am telling you it is an opinion.
You will notice I do not put a name and a face on this page. That is deliberate. Plenty of sites in this niche invent an author, a photograph and a backstory, and I would rather give you a clear account of where the data comes from than a byline you have no way to verify. The methodology above is the part that should earn your trust.
The site is funded by advertising. Advertising has no influence on what I publish, and I do not accept payment for coverage, placement or a favourable write up. There are no affiliate links on this site and no sponsored drink recommendations.
When I get something wrong
I will. Menu data changes, seasonal drinks come and go, and stores adjust hours. What I can promise is that corrections get made quickly and without argument.
A price that does not match what you paid, a drink that has left the menu, a store that has moved or closed, a calorie count that looks wrong: all of it is useful to me. The fastest way to reach me is the contact page, and corrections are the single most useful thing anyone sends in.
