Use of HeyTeaMenuGuide.us means you accept the terms on this page. If any part of them does not suit you, the appropriate response is to stop using the site.

What this site is for

HeyTeaMenuGuide.us publishes reference information about the HEYTEA menu in the United States: prices, calorie counts, ingredients as far as they are published, store hours, comparisons and home recipes. It is an editorial resource and nothing more. We sell nothing, we take no orders, we hold no stock and we process no payments.

Accuracy of prices, calories and hours

This is the most important section on the page, so it is stated plainly. Every price, calorie count and set of opening hours on this site is compiled from publicly available information and cross checked as described on my about page. None of it is supplied to us by HEYTEA and none of it is guaranteed.

Prices differ between cities, between mall and street locations, and between in store and delivery app menus. Calorie counts are published values for a standard build and change with sugar level, cup size and toppings. Store hours change on holidays and with mall opening times. Menus change without notice and seasonal drinks are withdrawn.

Verify anything that matters with the store itself before relying on it. That applies with particular force to allergen and dietary information. My dietary notes are worked out from published drink compositions, not from an official allergen statement, and they cannot account for shared equipment or preparation practices in any individual store. Anyone with a food allergy should ask staff directly rather than trust a website.

Recipes

The copycat recipes on this site are my own approximations, written to produce something close to a drink you can buy. They are not the brand's recipes and I make no claim that they are. These recipes involve heat, blades and ingredients that some people react badly to. Use ordinary care and check ingredient labels for your own allergens.

Independence and trademarks

Independent site. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HEYTEA. I have no commercial relationship with the brand and receive nothing from it.

HEYTEA and the drink names used throughout this site are trademarks of their respective owner. They appear here under nominative fair use, purely to identify and describe the products being written about. No claim of ownership or endorsement is made or implied. All editorial judgement and opinion on this site is our own.

I cannot help with orders, refunds, complaints, gift cards, rewards accounts, employment or franchising. All of that belongs to HEYTEA's own customer service channels.

My content

Prices, calorie counts and addresses are facts, and facts are not owned by anyone. The written guides, drink illustrations, comparison tables, recipes and interactive tools on this site are my original work and are protected by copyright. Read them, print them and share links to them freely. Copy them onto another website and you are infringing.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at a volume that affects its operation, or reuse its content in bulk. Automated access that behaves reasonably is fine. Automated access that does not may be blocked.

Advertising

This site carries advertising, which is what funds it. Advertisers have no say in what we publish. An advertisement appearing on a page is not an endorsement by us of the product advertised, and I am not responsible for the content of any advert or the site it leads to.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, I accept no liability for any loss arising from use of the information here, including reliance on a price, a calorie count, a set of opening hours or a dietary note that turns out to be inaccurate or out of date.

Changes

I may update these terms. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect, and continued use of the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
