Corrections are the most useful thing anyone sends me. A price that does not match, a drink that has left the menu, a store that has moved: all of it helps, and all of it gets fixed.

Can you help with an order, refund or complaint?
No. This is an independent information site with no connection to HEYTEA. I cannot see orders, issue refunds, or contact a store on your behalf. Those need HEYTEA's own customer service channels.
A price here does not match what I paid. What now?
Send me the drink name, the store, the size, and what you were charged. Prices vary between cities and mall locations, and reports like this are how I work out where my figures need adjusting.
How long does a reply take?
Usually within three working days. Corrections are read first and acted on fastest, since fixing a wrong number matters more than answering a general question quickly.
Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
No. I do not publish guest posts, sponsored content, paid placements or affiliate links, and I do not sell links on any page. Emails offering these do not get a reply.
Can I use your tables or content on my own site?
Prices and calorie counts are facts and nobody owns them. The writing, the drink illustrations, the comparison tables and the tools on this site are mine. Contact me before republishing any of it.
